Kalle Kujanpää Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Rani Group

News

Kalle Kujanpää has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Rani Group. He will assume the permanent position on 1 October 2026, following the completion of his current interim assignment.

Over the past few months, Kujanpää has served as Interim CFO for Rani Group. During this time, he has been responsible for, among other things, the development of the Group’s finance function, the SAP project and has played an active role in the Group Management Team.

Rani Group CEO Juha Jokinen is pleased that the cooperation will continue.

“We have agreed with Kalle that he will take on the role of Rani Group’s new CFO from 1 October 2026, when his current interim agreement comes to an end. I am personally very pleased with this outcome and look forward to continuing the development of Rani together with this team while respecting our traditions.”

Kujanpää brings extensive international experience in finance and business leadership. He has held several senior management positions, including at Axopar Boats Oy and Finn-Power Oy, where he was responsible for business development, Group-level finance, and major ERP and IT projects.

At Rani Group, he will be responsible not only for the Group’s finance function but also for its IT operations.

According to Kujanpää, moving from an interim assignment to a permanent role feels like a natural next step.

“It has been a pleasure to become part of Rani and the Group Management Team. I have received a very warm welcome, and I have been particularly impressed by the people and the strong team spirit. I look forward to continuing the development of Rani together.”

Outside work, Kujanpää enjoys an active lifestyle and spends his free time playing golf, tennis, padel and ice hockey.

We wish Kalle every success in his new role and look forward to continuing our successful collaboration.
