Finnish company Ab Rani Plast Oy has acquired the Swedish film manufacturer Kullaplast, uniting two successful family-owned businesses. The acquisition expands Rani Plast’s product range and enables the company to serve its customers more effectively. It also strengthens Rani Plast’s geographic position.

Rani’s new cast line allows the company to manufacture high-performance, thin stretch film using recycled materials. The investment also places the company as a leader in quality hand stretch film.
