We are looking for a production manager

What we offer

Core of the role

As Production Manager your main responsibility is people leadership. You are not leading machines, you are leading people, and you do it through presence, listening and dialogue. This role suits someone who wants to stay close to production, understand the work and the people, and build a coaching and caring leadership culture.

What we expect from you

• Several years of experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
• A genuine interest in change management and the ability to motivate people toward continuous improvement.
• A coaching and present leadership style. Listening, discussion and respect are key elements. In this role you need to be close to your team.
• Strong language skills. Finnish and English are required, Swedish is an advantage.
• A suitable educational background for example from a University of Applied Sciences. More important than formal education are your leadership skills and your mindset.
